This project addresses systemic barriers to care by co-creating culturally sensitive pathways, tools, and resources to empower communities and enhance healthcare experiences.

Role of DCGLs
Your role as a DCGL is critical in achieving these goals. You will act as a trusted bridge between the Education and Resource Development team and the community, ensuring the project’s success by capturing authentic insights and empowering participants.
