Week 1-4 (17th Feb - 14th Mar 2025) ● DCGL Induction & Training – Introduction to project goals, responsibilities, and engagement strategies (TEBC CIC, DCGLs) ● Community Engagement Preparation – Develop strategies for reaching BME women and underrepresented groups (TEBC CIC, DCGLs)
Week 5-6 (17th - 28th Mar 2025) ● First PPIE Activity for BME Women – Facilitating initial engagement and discussions (TEBC CIC, DCGLs, ERDT) ● First PPIE Activity for DCGLs – Collaboration session on best practices (TEBC CIC, DCGLs, ERDT) ● Resource & Course Development – Refining educational resources based on initial feedback (ERDT, TEBC CIC)
Week 7-9 (31st Mar - 18th Apr 2025) ● Second & Third PPIE Activities for DCGLs – Continued engagement, feedback collection, and refining engagement strategies (TEBC CIC, DCGLs, ERDT) ● Second PPIE Activity for BME Women – Expanding participation and gathering experiences (TEBC CIC, DCGLs, ERDT) ● Further Resource & Course Development – Iterating on materials based on participant insights (ERDT, TEBC CIC)
Week 10-15 (21st Apr - 31st May 2025) ● Further PPIE Activities for BME Women and DCGLs – Strengthening relationships and ongoing discussions (TEBC CIC, DCGLs, ERDT) ● Pilot Implementation Engagement – Support project team in testing and monitoring care pathways (DCGLs)
Week 16-22 (2nd Jun - 25th Jul 2025) ● Continuous PPIE Activities – Engaging with wider community groups and sharing findings (TEBC CIC, DCGLs, ERDT) ● Community Feedback Sessions – Gathering insights and personal stories for project evaluation (DCGLs)
Week 23-24 (28th Jul - 9th Aug 2025) ● Final PPIE Activity for BME Women – Wrapping up engagement efforts and consolidating feedback (TEBC CIC, DCGLs, ERDT) ● DCGL Reflection & Contribution to Final Report – Summarizing key findings and impact (DCGLs)
